Samsung announces pulsar winner

KATHMANDU:Samsung Nepal has announced Gautam Gaida, resident of Changunarayan Municipality-2,Chaling,Bhaktpur,as the first winner of bajaj pulsar 200 RS under its scheme titled 'Dashain Bonaza'.Under the scheme, everyday 3 winners receive Galaxy alpha,Galaxy K zoom,galaxy s6; one winner will get  Galaxy tabT705 everyday;one winner will get Bajaj pulsar 200 RS every 15 days and one winner will get the grand prize of Hyundai creta car at the end of the scheme, as per a press statement issued on Tuesday. The scheme runs till November 15.To participate in the scheme, anyone purchasing Samsung mobiles have to SMS the serial of their handset to 5051

Mars' massive Mount Sharp may have formed billions of years ago as water carried sand and silt into the center of a large crater. ASA/JPL-Caltech/MSSS Mars is cold and dry, but billions of years ago, it was cold and wet. That's according to new evidence from NASA's  Curiosity rover , which is currently exploring a large crater on Mars. The rover has found geological evidence that lakes of liquid water existed in the crater 3.5 billion years ago. Ryan and Moira Goepfert were elated when they were selected for student housing at Columbia University. The move would put them in a renovated doorman building across from campus, and it would save them $600 a month in rent. But after Mr. Goepfert visited the quiet hallways of the university building, the couple turned down the offer. “Almost 100 percent of the reason was our daughter, Grace, and the relationships she’s built on our floor,” said Mr. Goepfert, 34, who is pursuing a degree at Columbia’s School of General Studies. The Goepferts live in a one-bedroom rental on West 119th Street in  Harlem . Their floor has six children between the ages of 4 months and 7 years and the family next door has a baby on the way. Especially in the winter, the children hang out in the 12-by-15-foot landing outside the elevator. They ride their scooters down the hallway and kick around a ball.
