Modi invites Oli to visit India, assures of resolving crisis in Nepal

Oct 11, 2015- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday invited the newly elected Prime Minister of Nepal, KP Sharma Oli, to visit India.
Oli received a call from India Prime Minister Narendra Modi as soon as he reached his party office in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu. Modi congratulated him in the telephone conversation and extended his invitation to visit India. 
“Modi invited Oli to visit India in his opportune time,” said UML central leader Rajan Bhattarai, who is close to Oli. “The Indian PM said extended a verbal invitation for now and added a formal letter will be sent later through official channel.” 
It has been learnt that Oli drew Modi’s attention towards the current crisis in Nepal due to blockade from India and requested him to make arrangement for easing the supplies of essentials. In response, Modi assured of removing all kinds of difficulties in Nepal.
